Experience Bavaria Like Never Before – Your Ultimate Neuschwanstein Scenic Flight.

Start your unforgettable Neuschwanstein scenic flight at the ALPEN AIR terminal in Augsburg. From there, we head toward Munich via Dachau, gliding at low altitude over FC Bayern Munich’s Allianz Arena. Our route takes us over the English Garden, the Frauenkirche, Marienplatz, and Theresienwiese—offering incredible aerial views from just 600 meters above the ground. You’ll also enjoy stunning sights like Nymphenburg Palace, the futuristic BMW World, the Olympic Stadium, and the towering 291-meter Olympic Tower.

As the Neuschwanstein scenic flight continues along the Würm Valley, we reach Lake Starnberg—your first chance to spot the Alps on the horizon if visibility allows. Then we soar over the crystal-clear Easter Lakes, colorful Riegsee, and peaceful Staffelsee. Flying deeper into the Bavarian foothills, you’ll marvel at natural wonders like Kochelsee, the emerald Walchensee, and the rugged Benediktenwand.

One of the highlights of our Neuschwanstein scenic flight is flying over Mittenwald with panoramic views of the Karwendel mountains, followed by Elmau Castle and Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The legendary Zugspitze—Germany’s highest mountain—rises majestically into view at 2,962 meters. You’ll fly close enough to see visitors at the summit and catch a glimpse of the deep blue Eibsee lake shimmering below.

Our Neuschwanstein scenic flight then takes a northwesterly turn across the Ammergau Alps and the picturesque Plansee. And then comes the moment you’ve been waiting for: the breathtaking Neuschwanstein Castle. Perched above the Forggensee and framed by the Alps, this world-famous fairytale castle is the crown jewel of your Neuschwanstein scenic flight. From your personal window seat, you’ll enjoy the most stunning perspective imaginable.

To end the journey, we follow the River Lech past Hohenpeißenberg and fly once more over the beautiful Fünfseenland. You’ll see the monastery of Andechs on its “Holy Mountain”, the impressive Ammersee, the peaceful Pilsensee, and the turquoise-blue Wörthsee before returning to Augsburg.

This Neuschwanstein scenic flight is more than a tour—it’s an aerial adventure through the heart of Bavaria that will leave you speechless and inspired.
